Sherpa Kids in Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead for before/after school clubs at Curragha National School. The role is part-time on-site, focusing on leading a small team to deliver structured activities for school-aged children.

You will manage daily operations, engage with children and families, and ensure high standards of safety and care. Candidates should have at least one year of experience with school-aged children, a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, and valid Garda vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school aged children (minimum 1 year).
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 or equivalent.
• Garda vetting to be completed after interview.
• Two written references required before starting.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities in after/before school programs.
• Interact with children and families daily.
• Maintain program activities and administrative duties.
• Travel to Curragha National School; own car required.
