Job summary

MCO (MyComplianceOffice) seeks an experienced marketer to own and optimize the company website with a focus on conversion. You will lead CRO initiatives, shape landing pages, and partner with demand generation to ensure campaigns are built to convert.

You will become the in-house expert on Answer Engine Optimization, AI discovery, and structured data, while steering the analytics and CMS efforts across teams for measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, web/SEO or growth marketing.
• Proven CRO results with experiments improving website performance.
• Strong SEO foundation focused on generative/AI discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and day-to-day performance of the website with CRO as primary metric.
• Lead CRO testing and funnel optimization for high-intent paths.
• Design and optimize landing pages and conversion journeys with demand gen.
• Manage site performance and UX, Core Web Vitals and accessibility.
• Own analytics: GA4, heatmaps, HubSpot reporting; translate data into backlog.
• Manage CMS (HubSpot CMS) and coordinate external devs/agencies.
• Be the in-house authority on AEO, AI answer engines, and structured data.
