Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Ads Policy Lead to drive large-scale policy research and development for Reddit's global advertising platform. This senior IC role reports to the Head of Ads Policy and collaborates with Legal, Sales, Operations, Product, and Trust & Safety to tackle high-impact challenges.

You will own policy development for ads, draft risk assessments, and act as a senior peer leader, delivering clear, risk-balanced rulings on complex issues across international teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in compliance, standards, or policy development with tech/advertising experience.
• Strong ability to research, draft, and implement policies autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating policy issues into clear business terms.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems into structured decision documents with documented trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, drafting, and maintenance of strategic advertising policies for the Ads Platform in EMEA.
• Draft risk assessments and strategic policy recommendations for senior leaders and executives.
• Act as a role model for Reddit's values and provide guidance as a senior peer.
• Serve as the decision-maker on highly complex policy escalations with clear rulings.
