Bon Secours Hospital Limerick invites applications for the position of Admissions Administrator. The successful candidate will ensure seamless booking and admission processes for patients, working to support hospital staff and consultants with a patient-centered approach.
The role is a full-time, 1-year fixed term contract, with 35 hours per week and a remuneration scale of €31,618–€48,927 based on experience. Candidates should have strong telephone manners, communication, and teamwork skills.

Admissions Administrator - Patient Access Bon Secours Hospital Limerick are pleased to invite applications for the position of Admissions Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the booking & admission of a scheduled patient is a seamless experience for the patient, the hospital and the Consultant and reflective of an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Post: Full-time - 1 year Fixed Term Contract
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, flexibility around working days and times is an inherent part of this role.
Remuneration: Grade 111 Clerical Scale €31,618 - €48,927 dependent on relevant experience.
The position would suit a self-motivated person with an ability to work effectively as part of a team. You must have a good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible, hard-working and efficient. Attention to detail is paramount in this role.
To practice within and support the Bon Secours Mission and Values, policies, procedures, guidelines and new initiatives as directed / introduced by the hospital.
