Job summary

Ethos Care Group seeks an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver engaging programmes that boost residents’ wellbeing. You will design inclusive activities and adapt plans to individual preferences, ensuring participation and meaningful social interaction.

You will build strong relationships with residents and the local community, maintain engagement records, and support audits to meet care standards. Flexible scheduling and on-site role with meals provided on duty are offered.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or related field.
• Experience working with older persons is desirable.
• Creative, positive and engaging personality.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
