The Irish Cancer Society is seeking an Active Challenges Administrator to support the Community Fundraising team. The role involves administrative duties for active challenge fundraising (marathons, mini marathons, treks), data management in Dynamics, reporting, and supporter care in a hybrid Dublin-based setting.

You will work closely with the Active Challenges Officer and Community Fundraising Manager to maximise fundraising outcomes and deliver a positive supporter experience, including

Qualificações

• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using fundraising databases (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsabilidades

• Provide admin support for active challenge fundraising activities.
• Deliver accurate reporting and maintain donor records.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity in Dynamics.
• Coordinate with Active Challenges Officer to identify growth opportunities.
• Support supporters through timely communication and engagement.
• Assist with event logistics and supporter recognition.
