Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Technician or similar finance role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end activities including journals, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Manage daily accounts tasks: invoicing, cash allocation, reconciliations.
• Monitor balances and follow up on overdue payments professionally.
• Investigate invoice queries and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support aged debtor reports.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely financial information.
