Job summary

Fortis Recruitment is assisting a property management client in Clontarf North County Dublin to hire an experienced accounts technician/bookkeeper. The role reports directly to the CFO and involves a small team in a positive environment.

You will process accounts packages, reconcile rental incomes, prepare VAT returns, and develop accounts up to trial balance. Proficiency with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Surf, Dext, and Receipt Bank is a plus. Excellent base salary on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in accounts technician or bookkeeping role.
• Must be highly organized and dependable.
• Willingness to report to CFO and work in a small team.

Your Skills:

• Knowledge of Accounting packages such as Xero, Sage, Quick books, Surf, Dext, Receipt Bank etc is a plus.
• At least 5+ years in an account technician/bookkeeping role.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Excellent base salary on offer.
