Fortis Recruitment is assisting a property management client in Clontarf North County Dublin to hire an experienced accounts technician/bookkeeper. The role reports directly to the CFO and involves a small team in a positive environment.

You will process accounts packages, reconcile rental incomes, prepare VAT returns, and develop accounts up to trial balance. Proficiency with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Surf, Dext, and Receipt Bank is a plus. Excellent base salary on offer.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in accounts technician or bookkeeping role.
• Must be highly organized and dependable.
• Willingness to report to CFO and work in a small team.

It is a small team that is seeking an experience accounts technician and/or bookkeeper that is dependable and experience to manage a small team and report directly to the CFO. Your Responsibilities:

• Processing on Accounts packages.
• Tracking and reconciling monthly rental incomes and processing invoices and expenses.
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of accounts to trial balance
• Preparation of simple Income Tax returns

Your Skills:

• Knowledge of Accounting packages such as Xero, Sage, Quick books, Surf, Dext, Receipt Bank etc is a plus.
• At least 5+ years in an account technician/bookkeeping role.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Excellent base salary on offer.
