Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Ireland is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join its finance team in Dunshaughlin, Meath. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, cash application, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

You will chase overdue payments, reconcile accounts, and support internal controls within a fast-paced AR environment. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required, with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or credit control.
• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with vendors by phone and with internal teams.
• Product-based experience is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet invoice processing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively chase overdue payments via phone in a high volume environment.
• Meet and exceed SLA's and performance targets set by management.
• Handle major debtor remittances and debt management processes.
• Set up and maintain new customer accounts on Intact.
• Perform comprehensive credit report checks.
• Post and allocate payments accurately.
• Manage cash sales and issue credit notes for cash sales or discount rebates.
• Upload invoices and credit notes efficiently.
• Issue accurate end of month statements.
• Generate and issue major consolidated debtor statements.
