Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable professional for immediate temporary contracts across Dublin City Centre, Grand Canal Dock and North Dublin. The roles require you to integrate quickly into finance teams and contribute to key year-end deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, be comfortable managing high volumes of calls and emails, and demonstrate a proactive approach to income recovery and backlog reduction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection activities across allocated customer or tenant accounts.
• First point of contact for customer account queries and outstanding balances.
• Proactively contact customers via phone and email to secure timely payments.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to account issues, payment plans and arrears.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate account discrepancies where required.
• Maintain accurate account records and collection notes.
• Produce updates and reports on collection activity, aged debt and outstanding issues.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support income recovery objectives and reduce outstanding balances.
• Support backlog reduction initiatives and ensure deadlines are achieved.
