Job summary

ORS is seeking an organised Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our finance team in Ireland. You will manage invoicing, payment allocation, and credit notes while ensuring accurate records and timely collections.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or similar finance role (essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable dealing directly with customers/colleagues and building positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end invoicing and account reconciliations.

  • Support the wider finance team with general administrative duties as required.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Experience in a similar industry is preferred but not essential, as full support will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable
  • Experience working within a similar industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience using Sage accounting software (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and sales ledger processes.
