Flexistaff is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable professional for a busy team in St. Margaret's, Dublin North, Republic of Ireland. Salary 38,000-42,000 EUR per annum DOE.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit control activities for retail and independent customer accounts.
• Chase outstanding payments and reduce aged debt.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and allocate daily cash receipts.
• Handle customer queries, invoices, statements, and credit requests.
• Reconcile customer portals to ensure accurate payment records.
• Complete month-end and debtor reporting activities.
• Monitor account performance and elevate high-risk accounts where necessary.
• Work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to resolve payment issues.
• Report overdue accounts to the Credit Insurance Company.
• Provide support across the Accounts Receivable function and assist with additional administrative duties as required.

Flexistaff is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable professional to join a busy and growing team in St. Margaret's with a well-established client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate looking for a Monday to Friday position, with a competitive salary of € 38,000- € 42,000 DOE. Purpose of the Role

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are collected on time, customer queries are resolved efficiently, and cash flow is maximised while minimising bad debt risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit control activities for retail and independent customer accounts.
