Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Coming from an SME background ideally.
• Ideally proficient on various accounting packages.
• Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Resolve invoice queries with suppliers and internal departments.
• Update and maintain supplier pricing information within the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve account variances in a timely and efficient manner.
• General accounts and administrative duties.
