Job summary

Artemis Human Capital seeks a fluent German-speaking Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Dublin finance team in a hybrid role. You will process supplier invoices, ensure accurate coding, and manage supplier accounts in a busy environment across the UK and Europe projects.

The position is permanent full-time, offering a salary up to €50,000 DOE, with hybrid work and benefits including pension, life insurance, income protection and more to support your career and well-being.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable or Finance Administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with accounting systems and Excel.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent German and English – written and spoken.
• Hybrid work after training.
• Construction or engineering experience advantageous.

Our client is a well-established Irish-owned organisation operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe, with a strong presence across the construction, engineering and project-based sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant with fluent German to join their Dublin finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Verifying, coding and entering invoices accurately
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
• Processing bank postings and direct debits
• Managing the accounts payable mailbox
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting general finance administration and audit requirements

Requirements

• Previous Accounts Payable or Finance Administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with accounting systems and Excel
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Fluent German and English – written and spoken
• Construction or engineering experience would be advantageous
• Hybrid working – 2-3 days WFH after initial training
