Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks an Accounts Assistant/Part Qualified Accountant to join its finance team in Dublin West, gaining hands-on exposure across month-end reporting, revenue reconciliation, and audit support. This role offers dedicated coaching while contributing to core financial operations in a dynamic automotive environment.

You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, with on-site parking and strong opportunities to develop accounting skills across AP/AR and ledger

Qualifications

• 3+ years solid accounting experience.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and cash movements.
• Post journals accurately to the ledger and prepare balance sheet reconcilia tions.
• Assist with month end close and revenue reconciliations.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders during audits and reporting.
• Provide operational support for AP and AR functions as required.
