Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) is looking for a part-time Accounting Technician to support the Finance team. This role, based in Dublin, involves preparation of monthly management accounts, maintaining the Debtors Ledger, and supporting the annual budget and audit processes.
Candidates should have strong Excel and analytical skills, and ideally be an Accounting Technician or part qualified accountant. The position offers hybrid working along with generous annual leave and pension scheme contributions.

Since its foundation in 1973, CHI has supported the delivery of nearly 10,000 homes through homeownership, shared ownership and social rented co‑operatives. As an Approved Housing Body (AHB), CHI works with various stakeholders in the housing sector, including Local Authorities, Government, aspiring homeowners, tenants and developers. It manages over 7,000 properties across Ireland and is subject to regulation by the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority and the Charities Regulator. CHI is also a member of the Housing Alliance.
CHI is seeking to recruit a part‑time Accounting Technician to join our Finance team. The role will be based in CHI’s Head Office in Dublin 2 and will be a 1‑year, fixed‑term contract.
