Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with IT proficiency, especially Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients, including recording transactions, categorising expenses, and reconciling bank statements.
• Assist in the preparation of Year end Accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns.
• Assisting with managing multiple engagements and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Operating software packages to record and retrieve information, particularly spreadsheets.
