Our client, a well-established Chartered Accountancy Practice in South Dublin, is on the lookout for an Accountant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while mentoring junior team members in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities:

1. Monthly preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations.
2. Assisting in the timely preparation of annual statutory accounts and regulatory returns, including quarterly and annual audits.
3. Taking on ad-hoc business projects as directed by Finance Management.
4. Monthly review of debtors/creditors.
5. Cash flow and supplier payments.
6. Review of overheads.
7. Other daily accounting requests from the general manager.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year PQE. (Will also consider candidates near completion of qualification).
2. Previous experience working in a Practice firm essential.
3. Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA etc.).
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Previous experience in a busy finance department.
6. Strong technical knowledge.
