Job description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Auditor to direct the auditing process reporting to audit managers and direct to audit partners. They will rely on you to ensure that the financial operations and controls meet standards and are error-free. The Senior Auditor must be meticulous and analytical, with deep knowledge of auditing practices. They offer an enjoyable working environment and a real work/life balance which is testified by our own staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and oversee the auditing process
  2. Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors
  3. Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
  4. Perform effective risk and control assessments
  5. Complete audits on time and submit reports/files to audit manager
  6. Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as an auditor
  2. In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
  3. Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  4. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
  5. Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  6. Attention to detail
  7. Organisational and leadership abilities
  8. Integrity and reliability
  9. Newly qualified ACA or ACCA (or equivalent)
