The Role As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, providing guidance across a range of accounting and payroll matters while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing timely and professional support.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure statutory compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time.
• Support clients with payroll-related queries and associated compliance requirements.
• Review financial information, identify issues and provide practical solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and service standards remain high.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver a consistently high level of client service in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You'll be a qualified accountant with a passion for delivering excellent client service and building trusted relationships. You'll ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience preparing financial statements and statutory filings.
• Knowledge of Irish payroll and related compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
