Job summary

IQVIA is hiring two field-based Account Managers to grow a leading menopause portfolio across the Republic of Ireland. You will plan territory, engage with GPs, menopause specialists, nurses and pharmacists, and build trusted relationships while driving sales performance.

You'll deliver focused product and disease-area conversations in menopause and HRT, use insights to identify opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Market Access teams.

Qualifications

• Strong selling, communication and customer engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage a geographical territory and deliver against sales objectives.
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Commercial, self-motivated and results-focused approach.
• Confident to work independently and collaborate with wider team.
• Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience desirable; primary-care experience preferred.
• Women's Health, menopause or related therapy-area experience would be an advantage.
• A degree or equivalent experience, a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly across the territory.
