Job summary

Account Manager – Ireland – €75k - €85k – Technical/Hard FM

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Facilities Management provider to oversee multiple contracts in South & West Ireland with a focus on technical/hard services.

About the role:

It will be the Account Managers responsibility to oversee day to day operations of technical and engineering service delivery, across multiple contracts.The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering contractual agreements and surpassing the clients expectations through innovative and exciting ideas.

Team management and development will play a huge part in this role.Whilst there is an established team in place, training and people development will be an area you have experience in and excel.

Ideal Account Manager:

• Management experience within a technical/Hard FM environment, ideally across multiple sites/contracts.
• Track record of exceeding client expectations.
• Technical background either through management or qualification.
• Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets.
• Experience in team and people development.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
