Job summary

Arachas Corporate Brokers Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Executive for the North West region on a hybrid basis. You will work with an Account Director on a commercial book, handling renewals, mid-year changes and claims, while developing business relationships with clients and insurers.

You will support the Account Directors, manage debt and premiums, and ensure processes and compliance are followed to meet monthly and yearly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIP qualification demonstrated.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
• Good technical and product knowledge of insurance services.
• Organised with structured time and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Handle client insurance renewal, mid-year alterations and claims per procedures.
• Provide account support to Account Directors on clients.
• Ensure processes are followed in all matters.
• Manage aged debt and premium collection.
• Maintain compliance with file records and audits.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers and clients.
