Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Supervisor to lead the accommodation team, ensuring high-quality room standards and a memorable guest experience.

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will work across housekeeping duties, develop staff, and contribute to a positive culture while supporting other departments as needed. A passion for hospitality and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in the Accommodation Department.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to help in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.
• Lead and direct the team of Accommodation assistants/housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.
• Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities.
• liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Supervisor will support the housekeeping function in our hotel and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality rooms.

Your Responsibilities
