Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of guest rooms and public areas. You will report to the Accommodation Manager and drive performance while fostering teamwork and a culture of care.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the Accommodation Department.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.
• Lead and direct the team of Accommodation assistants/housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.
• Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities.
• liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Supervisor will support the housekeeping function in our hotel and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality rooms.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.
