Job summary

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is seeking an Accommodation Porter to join our team. You will help maintain high-quality, comfortable surroundings for guests and support the housekeeping function with linen and amenity stock.

The Accommodation Porter is an exciting role that aims to ensure all guests experience high quality and comfortable surroundings.

About Us

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. The hotel joined his collection of luxury Irish hotels forming the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harvey’s Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights.

Role & Responsibilities

All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:

  • To ensure that all linen is removed from corridors and other areas around the hotel
  • Complete manual handling duties within the hotel such as mattress turning and furniture removal
  • Ensure that an appropriate stock of linen, towels and guest amenities are available at all times

The advertised pay range represents the salary available for this role. Final starting salary will be determined within this range, based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and business requirements.
