Job summary

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa in Meath invites applications for a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will provide efficient, friendly service at tables, support the team during service, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

The Food & Beverage Assistant is an exciting role that aims to ensure all our guests have a wonderful experience and enjoy excellent service.

Please note this role will require full flexibility for full time work.

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Röggla in December 2022. Role & Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate must be available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a part of a successful team unit
• The ideal candidate must have availability to work a minimum of four days per week

The advertised pay range represents the salary available for this role. Final starting salary will be determined within this range, based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and business requirements.
