Responsibilities

• Maintain bedrooms, back of house and public areas to high standards.
• Coordinate room availability with Reception and communicate discrepancies.
• Schedule staff according to occupancy forecasts.
• Supervise all Accommodation operations and report issues to management.
• Attend department and morning meetings and contribute to planning.
• Ensure uniform compliance and grooming standards.
