Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead the accommodation team and drive guest satisfaction across the property. You will oversee room assignments, develop staff, and ensure H&S and SOP compliance while maintaining high cleanliness standards in public areas and conference spaces.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a management level.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Delegate room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Develop employees to prepare them for advancement in their careers.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite to ensure we deliver on our guest promises.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards.
