Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team, ensure cleanliness of all public areas, and uphold safety standards across the hotel. You will collaborate with maintenance and other departments to maintain high guest experience and operational excellence.

The role offers internal development through the Dalata Academy and a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth within our hotel network in Ireland and international locations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel, like the conference room and leisure facilities, clean.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maintain high hotel standards.
