Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager in Ireland to lead and motivate the Accommodation team, monitor quality, and support room assignments for both guest rooms and housekeeping staff. The role emphasizes adhering to H&S standards and SOPs while maintaining cleanliness across all hotel areas to ensure top guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Right to work full time hours
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring the quality of work in guest accommodations.
• Assist in room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures by assisting with regular checks.
• Aid in overseeing the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite and leisure facilities, to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to ensure consistently high hotel standards are maintained.

Your Job
