Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a dedicated 6S Specialist for a 12-month assignment to roll out and sustain 6S across BCoE laboratories. You will coordinate programmes, audits and training, while coaching teams and reporting on progress.

This role requires practical 5S/6S knowledge in a regulated setting and strong facilitation skills. You will partner with lab groups, EH&S, Facilities and leadership to improve safety, workplace organisation and operational flow, ensuring 6S becomes ingrained

Qualifications

• Experience with 5S/6S in a regulated environment.
• Ability to drive workplace organisation improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain 6S across BCoE laboratories.
• Coordinate programmes, audits, action tracking, training and coaching.
• Partner with lab teams, EH&S, Facilities and leadership.
• Strengthen safety and daily operational flow; embed 6S in daily work.
