Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in high-volume operations is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP.
• Understanding of Food and Beverage procedures.
• Flexible within the role.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service for lunch and dinner.
• Maintain neat and orderly lounge premises at all times.
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Perform service duties of Monks Lounge (food, beverage, room service).
• Personalise service by communicating with guests.
• Ensure readiness and compliance among all team members.
