Job summary

4D Planning & Visualisation Specialist is sought for a leading construction firm in Dublin to join their BIM and Digital Construction team. You will develop high-quality 4D simulations and visual content from programmes, BIM models, drawings and logistics information to show how complex projects can be delivered safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 7/8 BIM or Digital Construction qualification, 2+ years’ experience, and hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks and

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 BIM, Digital Construction, Engineering or related degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ industry experience.
• Experience in a main contractor or fit-out environment is advantageous.
• Practical experience producing 4D simulations and sequencing visuals.
• Working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 4D construction simulations for tender submissions.
• Create visual sequences aligned with project programmes and logistics strategies.
• Translate programmes into visual timelines.
• Integrate BIM models, drawings and logistics into 4D animations.
• Support development of methodologies, access strategies and crane studies.
• Produce visuals for client presentations and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and consultants for model accuracy.
