Job summary

CPL Group is seeking Production Associates for an 11-month fixed-term contract in Ringaskiddy, Cork. The role operates on a three-cycle shift pattern, rotating between day and night shifts as part of the regular schedule.

Successful candidates will have secondary education or trade qualifications, strong numerical ability, and excellent manual dexterity. Prior manufacturing experience, especially in medical devices, is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education, trade qualification, or equivalent.
• Strong numerical ability.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• High attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the medical devices industry is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations in line with SOPs, data sheets, MPs, and QPSs.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Operate effectively within a cellular manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain a high level of housekeeping.
• Produce products to required quality and output targets.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety (HSE).
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets.
