Pfizer Newbridge in Ireland is offering a 23-month Graduate Programme that rotates into four different business areas. The programme provides structured development, with a dedicated mentor and opportunities to work on projects during each rotation.

Successful candidates will gain broad exposure in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to projects that support global patient outcomes and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduated (or expected to graduate) with a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in a Science or Engineering discipline in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Available to start in September 2027.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Rotational programme across four areas of the business.
• Personal and professional development guided by a placement framework.
• Dedicated mentor throughout the programme.
• Opportunity to participate in projects during each rotation.
• Responsible for managing day-to-day operations in each rotation.
• Involvement in cross-site projects and site cultural/social initiatives.
