Viatris Graduate Development Programme is a two-year, rotational program designed for high-potential graduates. Graduates should have an Honours degree in STEM (2.1+), with demonstrated success in prior work or extracurricular activities, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across site departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, etc.) during the two-year programme.
• Receive mentorship and training from senior colleagues to develop technical and business skills.
• Engage in careers fairs and STEM events to broaden exposure and opportunities.
