Job summary

Viatris invites recent graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Development Programme in Ireland. The two-year programme rotates across three site departments in Dublin, Cork, Galway, and a Global office in Dublin, with structured projects and mentorship.

You will gain exposure to Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain while developing technical and business skills in a global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or upcoming graduates with an Honours degree in STEM (2.1 or higher).
• Demonstrated success in previous work experience, placement, or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry: Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.
• High achievers who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicators with a passion for making a difference in healthcare.
• Ambitious individuals eager to take on challenges and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3 structured rotations across site departments (Production, Automation, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, OpEx, etc).
• Gain exposure to day-to-day operations within a pharmaceutical organisation on impactful projects.
• Receive continuous mentorship and training from senior colleagues to support growth.
• Expand technical abilities and key business skills in a progressive, innovative environment.
• Attend careers fairs and TY & STEM Ireland events as part of the programme.

About the Programme:

Launching in September 2025, the Viatris Graduate Development Programme is designed to equip high-performing graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience to thrive in a dynamic global healthcare environment.

Throughout this two-year programme, you will have the opportunity to rotate across three well-structured departments at one of our cutting-edge pharmaceutical sites in Dublin, Cork, Galway, or our Global office in Dublin. Our locations include the manufacturing sites in Damastown (Dublin 15), Baldoyle (Dublin 13), Inverin (Galway), Little Island (Cork) and the corporate office in Northern Cross (Dublin 17).

What You Will Be Doing

• During the 2-year program, participants will participate in 3 structured rotations across various site departments such as (Production, Automation, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and OpEx, etc).

Who We Are Looking For:

• Recent graduates or upcoming graduates with an Honours degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), 3rd level qualification. A grade of 2.1 or higher is a requirement for the programme.
