Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd seeks an Electrical Engineer for a Cork, Ireland-based life sciences project on an initial 12-month contract. You will review electrical design deliverables, coordinate interfaces with process, HVAC, utilities, instrumentation and automation, and support field changes with 3D model reviews.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with extensive capital project experience, and has working knowledge of IEC standards and vendor submittal reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive electrical engineering experience on major capital or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with IEC 60364 and IEC 61439 standards.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical design deliverables and comment against project requirements.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with process, HVAC, utilities, and automation teams.
• Respond to construction-phase queries and support resolution of non-conformances.
