The new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, your main role will be analyzing data, validating and generate HR reports to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible to evaluate HR reports and other information solutions, and ensuring reports are consistent, reliable and accurate.

Requirements to succeed

The successful candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s and minimum of 2 years experience in data analytic. Candidate must also have a strong passion for HR, data analytics and metrics. Additional advantage will be having knowledge in SuccessFactor and Power BI systems. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, independent, open-minded, and proactive.
