Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will own analytics and reporting from end-to-end, transforming complex business requirements into clean, actionable insights. You\'ll become a subject-matter expert on operational data, building dashboards and reports in Omni to support decision-making across teams. This position offers the opportunity to impact business decisions significantly and to work collaboratively with leadership, internal teams, and customers.

Accountabilities

• Become an SME on the existing database and table structures to support ad-hoc and ongoing analytical needs
• Work with rich operational datasets, including transactional tables, pre-aggregated summaries, and denormalized reporting views
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Omni (or similar BI tools)
• Own new reporting requests end-to-end—clarifying requirements, selecting the right analytical approach, and updating existing dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all reports and visualizations
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights
• Write and update SOPs, guides, and documentation

Requirements

• 2–3+ years experience with BI tools (Looker, Omni, Mode, Metabase, Sigma) building and maintaining dashboards
• 2+ years of intermediate SQL experience (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions)
• Proven data visualization skills and portfolio of work
• Client-facing experience with professional written communication
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Systems-minded thinker who can quickly learn new tools
• Experience analyzing/reporting on large datasets from multiple sources
• Experience with AI tools or prompt-based problem-solving
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Slack
• Ability to work PST hours (9am–5pm PT)
