Daily Tax Declaration and Accounting:Assist the manager in completing the daily tax declaration for two factories and one trading company in Indonesia, covering various taxes such as value-added tax and corporate income tax. Fill out tax return forms accurately, verify declaration data, and ensure timely and compliant submission. Be responsible for daily tax accounting work, prepare tax-related vouchers, maintain tax ledgers, and ensure clear and accurate tax accounting records.
Tax Document Management:Establish and maintain the Indonesia tax filing management system. Organize and archive various tax documents, reports, vouchers, and other materials to ensure the integrity and orderliness of tax data, facilitating easy access and audit. Timely collect and update Indonesian tax policy documents and relevant regulations to provide the latest policy information support for the manager.
Transfer Pricing Support:Under the guidance of the manager, participate in the transfer pricing work of Indonesian companies. Assist in collecting related-party transaction data, collate transfer pricing materials, and provide basic data for the preparation of transfer pricing reports. Regularly review the original documents and data of related-party transactions of Indonesian companies, and assist in evaluating the rationality of pricing.
Tax Audit and Tax Refund Assistance:During tax audits, assist the manager in communicating with Indonesian tax authorities, prepare and submit required materials as requested. Cooperate with the manager in conducting tax refund audits in Indonesia, organize tax refund - related data and documents, follow up on the tax refund progress, and promptly report any abnormal situations.
Financial Audit Coordination:Assist the accounting and finance team in providing tax - related materials for the issuance of the annual audit report of Indonesian companies, and answer questions regarding tax data during the audit process. Participate in the internal tax process review and optimization, and put forward improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
Educational Background:A bachelor's degree or above is required, with a preference for majors in finance, taxation, accounting, or related fields. A solid theoretical foundation in finance and taxation is essential.
Work Experience:2 - 4 years of tax - related work experience is preferred, and candidates with local tax work experience in Indonesia will be given priority. Familiarity with Indonesian tax declaration procedures, basic tax regulations, and basic financial audit processes is required.
Language Proficiency:Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required to meet daily work communication and document processing needs. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is necessary for smooth communication with local tax authorities and teams. Some basic Chinese language skills are a plus for better communication with the headquarters.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in using office software such as Excel and Word is required to handle tax data and documents efficiently. Familiarity with the tax modules of financial systems such as Oracle or SAP, or the ability to quickly learn system operations, is preferred.
Comprehensive Qualities:Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent data processing and analysis skills are required. Good communication and coordination skills, as well as team spirit, are essential to actively cooperate with the manager and other departments. A strong learning ability is required to quickly master the latest tax policies and business knowledge in Indonesia.
