Job summary
Sebuah perusahaan manufaktur terkemuka di Indonesia sedang mencari Operations Lead untuk mengelola proyek operasional dari perencanaan hingga eksekusi. Kandidat yang ideal memiliki pengalaman di industri manufaktur dan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang solid. Tugas meliputi pengembangan SOP, pemantauan operasi harian, dan perbaikan efisiensi proses. Posisi ini menawarkan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan menantang.
Qualifications
- Pengalaman di industri manufaktur (Cat, Kimia, FMCG atau industri manufaktur lainnya).
- Ketahanan dan komitmen terhadap tenggat waktu.
- Kemampuan untuk memimpin tim dan mempromosikan akuntabilitas.
Responsibilities
- Kelola dan implementasikan proyek operasional dari perencanaan hingga eksekusi.
- Mengembangkan SOP, alur kerja, dan KPI operasional sesuai standar perusahaan.
- Pantau operasi harian dan jalankan perbaikan efisiensi proses.
Skills

- Manage and implement operational projects from planning to execution.
- Draft project timeline, resource planning, and track progress regularly.
- Drive cross-department coordination (Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering).
- Monitor daily operations and execute improvements for process efficiency.
- Develop SOP, workflow, and operational KPIs in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct risk assessment and execute corrective actions swiftly.
- Prepare concise, clear, data-based project and operational reports.
- Experience in manufacturing industry (Paint, Chemical, FMCG or other industrial manufacturing preferred).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, targets, and a fast pace.
- Leadership ability to direct teams and promote accountability.
- Fast learner, assertive communicator, and independent in decision-making.
