About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the school warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely procurement, and organized distribution of school supplies, including student uniforms, stationery, learning resources, and general school equipment at Sekolah Victory Plus.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, stock control, and systematic distribution of school supplies. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure optimal storage conditions for all educational materials and equipment.

Coordinate procurement activities by liaising with vendors, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of school supplies. Negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with school budgets.

Retail Operations Management

Supervise the operation of Toko2S and coordinate the Entrepreneurial Shop, ensuring proper inventory levels, pricing strategies, and customer service standards. Manage daily sales operations, cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate sales records for all retail activities.

Customer Service & Support

Provide excellent customer service to teachers, students, parents, and staff regarding supply needs and uniform requirements. Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure smooth distribution processes that support teaching and learning activities throughout the school.

Facility Management

Manage multiple warehouse locations and storerooms across the school campus, ensuring organized layouts, proper security measures, and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams and implement efficient storage systems for easy access and inventory tracking.

Qualification
Education & Experience

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any field.

2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, retail operations, or inventory control preferred.

Experience in educational institutions or customer service environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).

Advanced technology skills including MS Office, inventory management software, and POS systems.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
