Provide first-level IT support to staff and guests, solving hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and update IT systems, including backups and preventive maintenance. Ensure system security with proper passwords and keep documentation updated. Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and evaluations of new hardware/software. Train users, coordinate with vendors, and monitor IT system performance.

• Minimum Diploma graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and network basics.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple tasks; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in English would be preferable.
