Job summary

Plan International Indonesia seeks a Project Officer for the TechPath 2.0 program based in Bojonegoro, East Java. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a discipline relevant to youth studies, development, gender, inclusion, human rights, psychology or sociology.
• 1-2 years of work experience on development programmes.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and strong written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of gender equality, children's rights, and NGO development programming.
• Understanding of youth-led initiatives and youth participation monitoring.
• Strong network with youth groups across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and implementation support: design, planning, monitoring, and closing.
• Ensure compliance with Plan Indonesia policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
• Track progress, budgets, and expenditures using monitoring systems; prepare reports.
