Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a qualified candidate with a D3 in Mechanical Engineering to join our logistics and operations team in Jakarta. The role focuses on goods receipt, data updates in SAP, and ensuring timely processing of receiving documents for incoming units.

You will coordinate tools and consumables procurement, work with vendors on safe unloading procedures, and complete required system transactions such as GI and PO-related activities to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Mechanical School/ Relevant Degree major
• GPA minimum N/A

Responsibilities

• Perform GR in the system after unloading and check the completeness of receiving documents based on the actual unit in SAP to ensure data updated and in timely manner.
• Perform inspect the availability of tools and consumables, including perform procurement activities, to support the preparation for incoming units.
• Coordinate with vendor to perform safe units unloading to ensure the condition and in compliance with safety procedures and risk assessments (HIRA or ERA Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment or Environmental Risk Assessment).
• Perform GI Subletting, GR Purchase Order (PO) Non CAT, and Good Receipt Subletting in the system to ensure data updated and in timely manner.
• Perform inspect the fleet compliance (Vehicle Inspection), Loading Checklist, prepare delivery documents, hand over units, and complete system transactions (e.g. GI) to ensure data updated and in timely manner.
