1. Take charge of sales and promotion for full‑category products in‑store, and achieve personal sales targets.

2. Provide customers with professional product introduction, product experience and sales services, to improve conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

3. Complete required training covering product knowledge, sales skills and operational procedures, and apply learnings to daily work.

4. Strictly implement in‑store operation standards; maintain product merchandising, store image and inventory management.

5. Support store manager on daily store operations, and complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by store manager.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Relevant working experience in retail industry; prior experience in consumer electronics, 3C, home appliances or chain retail is preferred.

3. Strong sales awareness, good communication and customer‑service mindset.

4. High sense of responsibility, solid execution capability, able to adapt to fast‑paced retail store working rhythm.

5. Good career stability, willing to grow in the same position for long‑term development.
