Key Responsibilities｜主要职责

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for a diverse range of duties combining sales support and project management, providing maximum support to the company's sales and technical staff. Responsibilities include:主销售助理将负责多样化的工作职责，结合销售支持与项目管理，尽可能为公司销售、技术人员提供最大支持。职责包括：

• 1、Sales Support and Business Support｜销售与商务支持In collaboration with local Indonesian sales teams and China-based sales colleagues, leverage bilingual capabilities to identify and develop new business opportunities for turbine generators in Indonesia, with a focus on power plants, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, preparing technical proposals, and supporting contract negotiations to achieve annual revenue targets, and complete weekly work summary and reporting.协同印尼本地销售团队及中方销售同事，运用双语能力协助开展涡轮发电机业务开拓，重点覆盖电厂、工业设施及基建项目；协助制定并落地销售策略，编制技术方案，配合合同洽谈，助力完成年度营收目标，做好每周工作汇总与汇报。
• 2、Reception and customer maintenance｜接待与客户维护:Responsible for arranging travel, accommodation, transportation and other logistics for Chinese sales and technical personnel on business trips to Indonesia. Provide interpretation support and accompany sales teams for power plant site surveys as required, assist in collecting on-site information and timely feedback to the company.负责为赴印尼出差的中方销售及技术人员统筹行程、食宿、交通等后勤安排；按需随同销售开展电厂勘查及翻译支持，协助收集现场信息并及时反馈公司。。
• 3、Cross-border & Cross-functional Coordination｜跨国及跨部门协同Leverage bilingual capabilities to facilitate cross-functional and cross-border communication. Work closely with the company's technical, commercial, and logistics departments both in China and Indonesia to ensure smooth project execution.运用双语能力开展跨部门、跨国沟通协调，对接中印尼两地技术、商务及物流团队，保障项目顺利推进。
• 4、Compliance and Documentation｜合规与文档管理:Submit OA processes to ensure that sales and service activities comply with company regulations; accurately record customer interactions, sales processes, and service history through the customer relationship management system (CRM).发起 OA 流程，确保销售与服务活动符合公司制度要求；通过 CRM 客户管理系统完整记录客户沟通记录、销售进程及服务档案。

Qualifications and Requirements｜任职资格

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or relevant work experience in a related company. Bachelor's degree in liberal arts preferred.

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; Mandarin proficiency certificate is preferred. Candidates with working experience in industrial product sales or administrative roles are preferred. Prior working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is a plus.
• Skills and Requirements: ｜技能要求
  • Basic copywriting and meeting note-taking skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and Chinese (including written and oral communication).
  • Ability to accompany sales staff and customers on business trips, including accompanying technical staff to power plants and accompanying customers on visits to China.
