Valmet is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead high-performance manufacturing across polyurethane, composites, and rubber covering technologies. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The team works closely with planning, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and machining functions to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production performance. With a strong focus on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the team plays a critical role in meeting customer requirements and delivery commitments.
